The band "Beer for Two"

This band is originated in 2002 in Minsk. Two young guys play the balalaika and accordion. They created cover versions of international hits and performed original songs. Musical band became popular in Belarus, Russia and Ukraine. Boys sang their songs in Europe, Africa and America. The band's style is called "eccentric music with elements of the show."

I suggest you listen to the hilarious performance of international hits. So, I was at their concert in Brest, the audience warmly welcomed guys, they danced and sang along with the musicians. And I want to give you a little advice: think of music as a fun joke.

City Day in Kobryn. Images. Part 2

City Day in Kobryn. Images. Part 1

City Day is celebrated every summer in Kobrin. Sometimes the festival is celebrated for two days (Saturday and Sunday). This year was no exception and the townspeople have fun today and tomorrow.

In the morning my parents and I went downtown for the holiday. We saw many interesting things, I made a lot of pictures and you can see them below. Unfortunately we had to leave early from the holiday because of my father's wheelchair broke. We asked people to help us get home. Fortunately, my father has another wheelchair. But the celebration goes on without us.

The song "Pahnie chabor"

Piatrus Brouka
All Belarusian schoolchildren know this poem by Piatrus Brouka. What is it about?

Evening. Sunset. Thyme is smelling. Forest rustling gently and the guy is waiting for his girlfriend. He hearing the easy steps on a narrow path and seeing his love. The girl is fine, she seemed to covered by sparkle stars. But the guy was not able to meet the girl. He never confessed his love for her and many years later recalls that evening and the smell of thyme. "Pahnie chabor" - "The thyme is smelling".

Many Belarusian musicians used this poem for songs. I suggest you watch the two versions of the song. The first song is more fast, it belongs to the Belarusian musician Lyavon Volsky. He invited his fans to sing a song together. People responded to the request and came to the meeting. You can see the clip below.

The second version of the song is very lyrical and tender. He belongs to a group Spratt. You can also watch the video below.

Gomel Park in summer

My father came to visit me, he lives with me for two weeks. I showed him the Gomel and branches, we have visited many museums together. My father likes to buy souvenirs, so we spent a lot of time in special shops.
Yesterday we were in the park in Gomel. I took a few pictures there.

Gomel Park greets his guests with flowers. They are so bright that my eyes are tired.
